Close to the train station, good breakfast and there is sauna and swimming pool
Good location, friendly staff, comfort and quietness
Very comfortable bed, very quiet (we did not hear people from next room), good location, iron in the room
Expensive parking (30 euro), no tea in the room, sauna isn't open on saturday evening
Breakfast was reaally good!!!!
Location, friendly and experienced staff. Pool and sauna, hotel's parking, Pressa bar......
Breakfast is just poor, does not comply to Sokos level
I stood in the hotel only one night, but I had time to notice that service staff is very good and sensitive. I think another time we will stay at this hotel again. Thank you!
It is not far from the center, the room was quiet and stuffy in spite of sultry day, breakfast was nice.
It has not it's own free of charge parking
Easy check in, we were upgraded to a superior room. Bed was the most comfortable i'd slept in since I left home. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Great price.
the room is spacious and the service is excellent.
I had a very enjoyable stay at the Sokos .Room was good .The breakfast buffet was very tasty .The hotel was very central and within walking distance to the train and bus station .Staff were excellent
We used the room for 3 adults and all the beds were of the same type, the room was clean and the breakfast was fine.
Good location, nice breakfast, pleasant staff at reception. Nice budget hotel, but don't expect any luxury. Water in the swimming pool was really cold, but I liked that, cause it kept everybody away and I was the only one using it. Breakfast room really crowded, but I had no problem finding a seat.
Room was a bit dirty. Swimming pool and saunas are open only for a limited time in the morning and evening.
I enjoyed Helsinki and the atmosphere of the city
In general I found there was poor explanantion of the services available, suprisingly none of the three Sokos hotels I stayed at in Finland provided any written information in room describing the services available and how to access them. (although I did find some information on the hotel television channel when I persevered with the unreliable remote control). Services seemed restricted, for example the hours when the sauna could be used. I didn't find a gym. I was not impressed by the hotel restaurant menu either. Finally reception staff were not particularly helpful. They seemed unable to answer questions like Where can I park my car? and How do I get to the airport? Which reminds me, why no hotel parking???
The courteous & helpful front desk staff , the large dining room and the adequate staff for breakfast ,
Lack of blackout curtains to block the midnight sun & house keeping sevices not always completed
the breakfastroom is really great
